  • All purchases made on our website are for digital goods only.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you understand these terms and accept them.

2. Account & User Information

  • You are responsible for providing the correct username or user ID for the selected app.

  • YallaCoins is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information provided by the customer.

  • Please ensure your account is active and eligible to receive digital top-ups.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Top-Up Orders: Delivered automatically within 1–3 minutes after successful payment.

  • Digital Cards/Codes: Delivered via email within 3–5 minutes.

  • In rare cases of technical delay, delivery may take longer. If you do not receive your order within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.

4. Payments

  • We accept local and regional payment methods, including Vodafone Cash, bank cards, and Meeza QR.

  • All payments must be made in full before order processing.

  • Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following limited cases:

  • Payment was successful, but no delivery was made within 30 minutes, and the issue was reported within 2 hours of purchase.

  • A verified system error on our side caused delivery to the wrong account.

Refund requests outside these cases will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds in cases where:

  • An incorrect username or ID was entered.

  • The wrong package or app was selected.

  • The user account is inactive, restricted, or blocked.

  • The product was successfully delivered to the account provided.

6. User Conduct

By using YallaCoins, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the service for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.

  • Not to attempt to exploit system bugs, coupons, or promotions.

  • Not to resell or redistribute purchased digital goods without prior approval.

  • Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cairo, Egypt.
